Goa for Yogis new and experienced I got up at 05:30 put on my sand and sun-kissed neon pink laced New Balance running shoes and went for a run on Agonda beach. Due to the lockdown the beach and the surrounds were inhabited by locals and migratory birds only. Towards the end of my run I spotted 2 Dolphins in the distant horizon, had to cut my run short as the sun was out and the mornings have been hot the last couple of days. After a quick shower and big slurp of my vegan coconut & mango smoothie I am back on my writing desk and have  Binaural Beats Concentration Music  playing in the background, today I decided to write about what Goa has to offer for Yogis of all levels beginner and experienced. Why?
